Section 21
Order for the prevention of the obstruction of the streets
Whereas during periods mentioned below the under-mentioned streets in the Schedule to this notice will be thronged and liable to be obstructed, by reason of the Banstead Village May Queen Parade, the Council of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead pursuant to powers conferred by Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 HEREBY ORDER and DIRECT that for the purpose of preventing obstruction in the said streets they shall be closed to all vehicular traffic, (except for emergency vehicles) during the hours referred to:
